What You'll Do
As a Residential Service Plumber, you'll:
- Diagnose residential plumbing issues
- Present repair and replacement options to homeowners
- Perform high-quality plumbing repairs and installations
- Communicate with dispatch and office staff
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
- Complete work orders accurately using company software
- Participate in our on-call rotation
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
- Has residential plumbing experience (Journeyman preferred)
- Enjoys solving problems and helping customers
- Has excellent communication skills
- Maintains a professional appearance
- Has a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Is willing to continue learning through training and certifications
