Journeyman Electrician – $29 - $45/hr + Weekly Pay | Jenco (Phoenix, AZ)

Jenco is hiring Journeyman Electricians for commercial and industrial projects across the Phoenix metro area. Steady work, weekly pay, full benefits with no wait period, and a real path (& development resources) to Foreman, Service Technician, Junior Estimator, or Assistant Project Manager — not just a job.

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems on commercial and industrial job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings
• Perform new construction, tenant improvements, and service work (T&M, troubleshooting, repairs)
• Work alongside Foremen and Service leaders, mentoring apprentices as needed
• Maintain jobsite safety and quality workmanship standards

Pay & Schedule

• /hour, based on experience, education, and trainings
• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• Regular wage reviews

Requirements

• Strong commitment to jobsite safety
• 4+ years of electrical experience (commercial and/or industrial)
• Completion of an electrical apprenticeship program preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a drug screening
