Jenco is hiring Foremen Electricians to lead crews on commercial and industrial projects across the Phoenix metro area. Steady work, weekly pay, full benefits with no wait period, and real leadership opportunity — not just a job.

What You'll Do

• Lead crews, coordinate work, and drive production on commercial and industrial job sites
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, and oversee quality workmanship
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings; direct crew work accordingly
• Manage new construction, tenant improvements, and service work
• Own jobsite safety and mentor Apprentices and Journeymen

Pay & Schedule

• $39-$58/hour, based on experience, education, and trainings 
• Weekly pay paid via direct deposit
• Regular wage reviews

Requirements

• Strong commitment to jobsite safety
• 7+ years of electrical experience (commercial and/or industrial)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
• Proven ability to lead and develop a crew
