Dial One Johnson Plumbing Cooling and Heating is family-owned and operated and has been serving DFW for 55 years. We are seeking an experienced residential plumbing service manager to join our team. There is outstanding earning and growth potential for the right candidate. Strong leadership and communication skills are absolutely necessary. Plumbing Service Manager

About the Role

As our Plumbing Service Manager, you'll be a working manager —overseeing day-to-day residential plumbing service operations. You'll be the go-to leader for technician sales, customer service, team development, and delivering performance towards company goals and targets.  The service department is vital to the healthy financial performance of Dial One.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with real earning potential and room to grow as our company continues to expand.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must hold Master Plumber License
  • Previous experience in residential plumbing: 8 years total, 2 in management
  • Track record of producing benchmark average ticket, membership conversion, replacement leads, and call conversion KPIs at a high level.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Residential plumbing service and change out focus
  • Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop a team of plumbers
  • Experience with pipe bursting or pipe lining preferred

 

What You'll Do

  • Lead, manage, and support a team of residential plumbing technicians in the field increasing technical excellence and sales performance
  • Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction on every call
  • Train and develop technicians — building skills and accountability to benchmark KPIs
  • Assist with scheduling, workflow management, and operational efficiency
  • Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools to Dial One standards
  • Champion a customer-first culture on every call
