Plumbing Project Manager
Central Mechanical Wichita (CMW) is looking for a motivated Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to join our growing team.
What You'll Do
- Manage commercial plumbing construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with customers, general contractors, vendors, and field personnel.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Prepare submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
- Track material orders and equipment deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling and project planning.
- Monitor project costs and budgets.
- Attend project meetings and job site visits.
- Support Superintendents and Foremen to help projects stay on schedule.
Qualifications
- Extensive commercial plumbing experience or a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Kansas driver's license.
- Must be familiar with local/state plumbing codes; licensed Journeyman preferred
- Technical experience with Fast Duct/Fast Pipe preferred.
