Who We’re Looking For
You’re a skilled residential HVAC technician who takes pride in their workmanship, communicates well with customers, and thrives in a supportive and high-performing environment.
- 4+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience (required)
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently & positively represent our team to customers
- Self-motivated, eager to continually learn and grow
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
What You’ll Do
- Service and repair residential HVAC systems throughout the Twin Cities metro area
- Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Diagnose equipment issues & clearly walk customers through solution options
- Deliver the professional and five-star customer experience our clients expect
- Accurately complete work orders and maintain service documentation
- Uphold and promote the company’s commitment to safety, ethics, and teamwork
