Job Description

This Candidate will be able to:

• Read blueprints, specifications and submittals and apply the information to correctly install plumbing system.
• Be proficient in communications with Project Manager, Superintendents to complete jobs on time and on budget.
• Know the international Plumbing Code and apply that knowledge to the plumbing instillation.
• Must have all hand tools needed to install plumbing systems, larger tools provided
• Must have experience with cast iron no hub pipe, cast iron service weight pipe, PVC, CPVC, threaded pipe, Copper pipe, Pex pipe, rough in and trim out
• Must have reliable vehicle and be able to work 40 hours week plus any additional overtime.
• Be able lift 75-100lbs
• Must be knowledgeable on all safety requirements and work safely (10-hour OSHA class is preferred, 30 hour is better).
• Minimum 2 years as a journeyman or master plumber experience required ( Plumbing License is preferred).
