What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist conduit installers and electricians with daily jobsite tasks
• Help install EMT, rigid, and flexible conduit systems
• Carry, load, and organize tools, materials, and equipment
• Assist with cutting, bending, and assembling conduit
• Help pull wire and cable through conduit systems
• Prep and clean work areas to keep the job site safe and organized
• Follow blueprints, layouts, and instructions from supervisors
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and correctly
• Follow all company safety standards and OSHA requirements
• Report safety concerns, incidents, or damaged equipment immediately

What We’re Looking For

• Construction experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn conduit installation and electrical work
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work
• Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, or in active construction environments
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Strong attention to safety and willingness to follow direction
• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
