Pay Range: $25 – $36 per hour (DOE), FLSA non-exempt (overtime eligible).

Here’s a deeper dive into what you’ll take on:
Logistics Coordination & Dispatch
- Schedule, dispatch, and track incoming and outgoing deliveries between job sites, warehouses, vendors, and company locations.
- Communicate regularly with drivers, field personnel, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor transportation needs and adjust schedules and priorities based on project demands, urgency, and resource availability.
- Ensure proper shipping, receiving, and dispatch documentation accompanies all material and equipment movements.
Receiving & Warehouse Operations
- Oversee daily receiving activities, verifying shipment accuracy and inspecting materials, tools, and equipment for damage or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with purchasing, vendors, and repair teams to ensure items are received, processed, and distributed accurately.
- Ensure timely and accurate inventory putaway using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and established procedures.
- Help resolve shipment discrepancies and receiving issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Inventory & Material Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate potential stock shortages or supply chain concerns.
- Support material transfers between warehouses, laydown yards, vendors, and project sites.
- Assist in developing and maintaining organized inventory storage practices that promote efficiency and accountability.
Tooling & Equipment Support
- Coordinate tool and equipment transfers between warehouse operations, field teams, and repair vendors.
- Support repair workflows by tracking tools and equipment through inspection, maintenance, and return-to-service processes.
- Help ensure crews have timely access to the tools and equipment necessary to safely perform their work.
- Maintain accurate records of tool movement and status throughout the organization.
Team Collaboration & Culture
- Build strong working relationships with project managers, superintendents, warehouse personnel, field leadership, drivers, and vendors.
- Collaborate across departments to maintain efficient material flow and support project success.
- Demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented approach when addressing logistical challenges and changing priorities.
- Contribute to a positive, safety-focused, and high-trust team environment.
What You Bring
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, dispatching, inventory management, or supply chain operations. Experience supporting construction, industrial, or tool-based warehouse environments is preferred. Prior experience coordinating deliveries, drivers, or field logistics is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You're a dependable team player who takes ownership and follows through on commitments.
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
Physical Requirements
This role primarily works in an office environment while regularly supporting warehouse, laydown yard, and jobsite operations. In the office, you'll sit for extended periods using a computer, performing repetitive tasks such as typing and communicating by telephone. In warehouse and jobsite settings, you'll occasionally stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift or carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Good vision and hearing are essential for reviewing documentation, communicating with team members, and safely navigating operational environments. Employees must adhere to applicable dress codes and safety requirements, including sturdy closed-toe footwear and other required PPE when entering warehouse or jobsite areas.
